These terms apply when you use mercyandlight.com or purchase from Mercy & Light. Please read them together with our shipping policy, return and refund policy and privacy policy.

Orders and payment

You must be legally able to make a purchase and provide accurate order, contact and payment details. Prices are in US dollars. Applicable taxes, shipping charges and discounts are shown at checkout. Payment must be confirmed before production begins.

We may decline or cancel an order because of suspected fraud, product unavailability or an obvious pricing or listing error. If this happens after payment, we will notify you and refund the canceled items. We will not charge a higher price without your agreement.

Your canvas

Our canvases are made to order by specialist printing partners. Please review the artwork, dimensions and finish before purchasing. Room images illustrate how a piece may look and are not a scale guide. Screen settings and lighting can affect displayed colors; small print and natural wood-grain variations can occur. These differences do not excuse a faulty item or an item that materially differs from its description.

Shipping, changes and returns

Production and delivery estimates, shipping charges, cancellation limits and remedies for damaged or incorrect items are set out in the policies linked above. Buying a made-to-order canvas does not remove your statutory consumer rights.

Using this website

Please use the site lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders or misuse another person's information. Buying a print does not transfer rights to reproduce or commercially use the artwork, branding or website content.

Responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, Mercy & Light is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or a purchase. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits your rights concerning faulty, misdescribed or undelivered goods.

Updates and contact
