Where we ship and what it costs

We currently ship to US addresses accepted at checkout. Standard shipping is $9.95 for orders below $100 and free for orders of $100 or more. The threshold is based on the merchandise total after discounts and before tax. The final shipping charge is shown before you pay.

Production and delivery

Each canvas is made to order. Please allow 2 to 7 business days for production, followed by an estimated 2 to 5 business days for shipping. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates and may be longer during busy periods or carrier disruptions.

If we cannot ship within the stated production timeframe, we will notify you with an updated estimate and the option to cancel the unshipped items for a full refund. We will obtain your agreement to a further delay where required.

Tracking and separate packages

We send tracking details when your order ships. Framed and frameless canvases may be made by different printing partners and arrive in separate packages. Tracking may take time to show its first carrier update.

Address changes and delivery issues

Please check your delivery address before placing your order. Contact us promptly if it needs to change; updates may not be possible once production or shipping has begun. If an incorrect or incomplete address you supplied causes a failed delivery, replacement or reshipping charges may apply. We will explain any charges before proceeding.

If your order is late, missing or marked delivered but cannot be found, contact us with your order number so we can investigate. If it arrives damaged, please follow our return and refund policy. Your rights under applicable consumer law are unaffected.
