Canvas returns

For canvases, we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind. Canvases are printed and finished after you order, so please check your artwork, size and finish before ordering. This does not affect items that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect.

CHRIST book returns

Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery. Item must be unused and in original packaging. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer.

To request a return, please contact us with your order number.

Damage, defects or an incorrect item

If your item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible and within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and a description of the issue. Keep the packaging and take clear photos of the item, the issue and the shipping label; we may request these to assess your claim.

For a confirmed issue, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost or a refund. You do not need to send the item back unless we specifically ask you to. If a return is required for a confirmed issue, we will cover the return shipping. Please do not send items to the address on the package without our instructions.

Changes and cancellations

Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. We can help if production has not started, but changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order is in production.

You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before it ships by emailing support@mercyandlight.com with your order number.

This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty or we cannot ship as promised.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. For a faulty or incorrect item, the refund includes the amount paid for that item and any applicable shipping charge. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.
